Features of CCD industrial endoscopes: (1) Clear images and high resolution. The number of pixels on the CCD receiving surface used in industrial video endoscopes (one pixel is a photosensitive element) is usually hundreds of thousands. For example, the 1/2″ CCD camera commonly used in industry has 440,000 pixels (752H*582V), which far exceeds the number of single filaments in the optical fiber image bundle. Therefore, it has extremely high image resolution and eliminates the inherent blur and honeycomb images of optical fibers. Another feature is the high brightness of the image. Since the CCD receiving surface is close to the object to be inspected, there is almost no light energy loss compared to the image transfer lens group in the rigid endoscope or the image transfer fiber in the flexible endoscope, and a high-brightness clear image can be obtained. (2) Extended inspection length. Due to light loss, the length of a flexible endoscope is limited, while the video industrial endoscope can reach from the inspected object to the object. The distance between controllers can be extended to 30m, which greatly increases the inspection range. (3) It can be observed by multiple people at the same time, making the inspection effect more objective and accurate. (4) Document management Through the controller, the image can be saved or printed, or the signal can be connected to the computer through the video card for image acquisition, storage, processing, inspection result analysis, document storage, network transmission, etc. At the same time, there are also the following disadvantages: (1) There are many components. In addition to the endoscope lens, independent light source, and light transmission fiber, a special video image control and display unit must be configured, which is not convenient to carry. (2) The price is relatively high. A complete system is usually more than tens of thousands of yuan. In order to inspect the inner surface of small-diameter parts with deep parts, the system is required to be small in size, simple in structure, easy to carry, low in cost, and have the performance of a general video endoscope. A portable industrial endoscope has been specially developed.
