The front-end illumination part of the optical speculum adopts a cold light source by means of optical fiber, and the internal object image is transmitted to the inspector’s eyes through the transmission of light without distortion, so the imaging is very fidelity.

High-temperature endoscope is a kind of equipment specially used for testing and observation in high-temperature environment, which is widely used in the fields of iron and steel, casting, glass manufacturing, aerospace and so on. Its characteristics are mainly reflected in the following aspects:
1. **Excellent high-temperature resistance**: the probe, insertion tube and other key parts of the high-temperature endoscope are made of special high-temperature-resistant materials, such as ceramics, high-temperature alloys, etc., which are able to withstand high temperatures of several hundred degrees Celsius or even thousands of degrees Celsius.
2. **Tight protection structure**: In order to resist thermal radiation, dust, corrosive gases, etc. in the high-temperature environment, the high-temperature borescope is equipped with a tight protection structure. The insertion tube usually has a multi-layer protection design, with the outermost layer of protection reflecting thermal radiation, the middle layer insulating against heat, and the inner layer protecting the internal optics and electronic components. In addition, the equipment is also sealed to prevent dust and corrosive gases from entering the interior, ensuring stable operation in harsh environments.
3. **Clear and Stable Image**: Despite the harsh working environment, the high-temperature endoscope is able to provide clear and stable images by adopting advanced optical system and image processing technology. Its lens is specially coated to reduce light refraction and scattering in high-temperature environments and improve image clarity. Some high-temperature endoscopes are also equipped with anti-shaking function to avoid affecting the image quality due to the shaking of the equipment, which facilitates accurate observation and judgment by the operator.
4. **High degree of customization**: Different high-temperature application scenarios have great differences in demand, and high-temperature endoscopes can be customized to a high degree. According to the detection target and environment, probes of different diameters and lengths can be selected to meet the detection needs of different depths and spaces. It can also be customized with special functions according to special detection requirements, such as when detecting the inside of high-temperature pipelines, the probe with a bending function can be customized to facilitate observation of all corners of the pipeline.
