Binocular measurement endoscopes simulate the binocular imaging principle of the human eye, using two objective lenses to image the same target from different angles. By utilizing the parallax effect and calculating the three-dimensional coordinates of the target object based on triangular geometric relationships, accurate measurement of the object is achieved.

The binocular system uses two optical lenses to simultaneously capture a 2D image of the target area. It then uses an algorithm to calculate parallax to restore the 3D coordinates, directly determining the target’s true dimensions.

Binocular measurement uses stereo calibration of its own lenses (factory calibration complete), allowing direct measurement of unmarked targets.
3. Wider single-shot coverage and higher efficiency
The binocular lenses’ field of view has been collaboratively designed, allowing a single shot to cover a larger measurement area and simultaneously acquire 3D data for all targets in the area.
