In the hot summer, the heat in the north, in order to further enhance the collaboration ability and team cohesion among employees, Jiarui Vision held a three-day team building activity at Fuxian Lake in Kunming. The theme of this activity is “Unity, Innovation, Excellence”.

At the beginning of the activity, the company first provided professional team building training for employees. This training was conducted by professional team building consultants. Through ice-breaking actions, team challenges and interactive games, employees quickly broke the sense of unfamiliarity and enhanced mutual trust and understanding. During the training, employees actively participated and accepted and experienced new team cooperation activities with an open mind.

Then, a unique team building activity was officially launched. The participants were divided into several groups, and each group needed to compete and cooperate around a series of innovative tasks. The tasks included “Creative Puzzle”, “Team Relay”, “Smart Decoding” and other colorful activities.

In the “Creative Puzzle” session, each team needs to jointly complete a huge picture scroll with the theme of “The Future of Excellent Enterprises”. Employees gave full play to their creativity, drawing one stroke at a time, discussing enthusiastically and inspiring each other, and gradually pieced together vivid pictures. This not only demonstrated their innovative thinking, but also enhanced their teamwork ability.

In the “Team Relay” session, employees need to work closely together to complete a task through relay. This session tests the teamwork and communication skills of employees. During the challenge, employees constantly adjusted their strategies, and finally successfully completed the task through continuous attempts and corrections, which made everyone deeply realize the importance of cooperation with each other.

In the “Smart Decoding” session, employees need to solve a series of puzzles related to the company’s business. These puzzles challenged their professional knowledge and thinking ability, and also enhanced their team’s problem-solving ability. In the process of solving problems, employees actively thought and helped each other, showing the power of teamwork.
